Tru-Diamonds is the only jewellers for me. I was treated to a New Engagement Ring at Christmas. I had chosen
Royal Engagement Ring. When it arrived I was absolutely blown away how Beautiful and Stunning it looked.
The details are Out of this world.
This is a Gem of a Tru-Sapphire ring inspired by royalty and Modelled on the ring given to the Duchess of Cambridge by her Prince. I most certainly had fallen in love with it.
This cluster set Tru-Sapphire centre stone is enhanced by a Tru-Diamonds halo. Total gem weight of 1.6 carats this ring is pure perfection.

Ordered a ring recently From this company but when it arrived I wasn’t totally happy with the style as it didn’t complement my other ring.
When I phoned them the ring was exchanged with no bother at all.
New ring is simply gorgeous!!!

Love my jewellery from here.only 1 disappointed item I bought 2 rings before Christmas and if I spent over £200 & something pound I got a bracelet worth £123 free.it looks so cheap.looks better in the book.I got it to give my granddaughter for Xmas. I just couldn't give it to her she would have been upset.so had to go buy her something else.?

Disaster at first due to post strike but excellent service from O’Rene White customer care manager and ring arrived today 19/12/22. Ring ordered 30/11/22 and is lovely and matches style of my wife’s wedding ring. Due to delay Tru are sending another ring by DHL to get here before Christmas and I will send this back when it arrives. Thank you.

I’ve bought quite a few things from Tru-Diamonds. Rings, earrings and a bracelet. I had an issue with one pair of earrings, which was sorted very, very quickly and efficiently. The jewellery really does look “real” and even if you tell people it isn’t, they are still fascinated. I have 2 friends who now buy from them. I have been, am and am sure I will continue to be very happy with my purchases.

They don’t look anything like real diamonds……held side by side next to my real jewellery they look like rubbish. Also the settings are really poorly made and clunky which contributes to the overall fake look. Really very disappointing. I had to return them at my own expense - recorded delivery. Don’t bother.

The parcel arrived well packaged and as described. The only disadvantage being that despite the promise of a delivery on one day for which we stayed in the delivery was delayed by a further day. Other than that everything was okay, but as you can imagine, it was frustrating to have wasted a day in anticipation.

There very helpful with any queries or questions. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There quality of jewellery is out-of this world. And I would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done TruDiamonds.

Nothing wrong with Jewellery. Ordered on 8 October £261 taken immediately now almost 1 month later and no update on when I can expect my order. Wouldn't recommend purely based on paying such an amount and still waiting
